Kitchen Collective is a best-in-class showroom in Melbourne, Australia created by greater group in partnership with Bunnings Group, Kaboodle Kitchen and Stagshead. The showroom features a curated series of kitchen, bathroom and other home interior displays packaged into themed collections to inspire customers in their home designs. Read More
In a first collaboration between greater group and the Indonesian coffee chain, Maxx Coffee, the brand opened their pilot flagship store in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta. greater group took the lead on design and also provided a set of design guidelines for future store rollouts. Max Coffee was first launched in 2015, but the business underwent a major identity transformation in 2018, which was officially marked by the opening of the brand’s first ever flagship store in Kemang, Jakarta. greater group designed a vibrant and inviting Asian-fusion restaurant, Noodles XO, that was delivered in Canberra Airport to enhance the terminal’s F&B offering. The design authentically draws on Asian inspiration while adding a contemporary touch to create a welcoming space for travelers on-the-go or passengers who want to sit down while watching the chefs prepare their food. greater group completed the design for City Hill Coffee, a gourmet cafe and eatery rolled out in Canberra Airport, equipped with a full working kitchen and separate coffee counter to provide passengers with a warm and welcoming space to linger between flights. The cafe experience was created on the premise of offering a ‘sense of place’ with local design influences, locally-sourced materials as well as a local coffee supplier. Read More
greater group worked with the Singaporean supermarket chain, Cold Storage, to design three prototype stores as well as an in-store tasting bar. The prototype stores were designed for market testing and followed a strict localised approach to appeal to the Singaporean target market after conducting in-depth research into the different shopper profiles and the experiences they seek in-store. The Swiss luxury watchmaker, Breitling, commissioned greater group to implement their new retail concept in two of their Hong Kong stores. The renowned watch brand has been reimagining its design across the global store network with the aim of celebrating its long history while offering a relevant, modernised experience to shoppers. The completed design is a nod to industrial city living while incorporating Breitling’s rich heritage as well as its ties to aviation. greater group provided and end-to-end solution from design, planning and documentation to value engineering, production and sourcing. The stunning marquee located at T Galleria By DFS along Singapore's Orchard Road shopping strip, was executed in partnership with the Estee Lauder travel retail team and their digital agency from design, to build and installation. In partnership with Emirates Leisure Retail , greater group worked with Wondertree and their custodian designers, Harrison, to roll out their Auckland Airport restaurant, the brand’s first outpost in the southern hemisphere. Just like its name, Wondertree 's interior is inspired by nature, a concept that complements New Zealand’s stunning landscapes, creating an inviting space for travellers. greater group was tasked to bring this vision to life by providing detailed documentation and procuring for local finishes and furnishing, transforming the space into a series of dining areas, where guests can grab a breakfast on the go, stop in for lunch or enjoy a drink at the bar. One of the major advantages that bricks-and-mortar has over e-commerce retail is the ability to create a physical customer-product interaction. In-store retail displays allow brands to draw attention to specific merchandise and round out the immersive in-store experience. X-Factor Displays, a subsidiary of greater group, have been working with Hanes (formerly Pacific Brands) to provide in-store display solutions for four of their brands, Berlei, Bonds, Jockey and Maidenform at retailers in Australia. During the 3-year partnership, X-Factor Displays' has established a track record to design and implement functional display systems that ensure consistent customer experiences across their brands at multiple locations. In its most ambitious project to date, Hanes tasked X-Factor Displays to execute the supply of over 300 fixtures for 27 stores for three brands at Hanes' Myer pads in just four weeks. Read More
