      In a first collaboration between greater group and the Indonesian coffee chain, Maxx Coffee, the brand opened their pilot flagship store in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta. greater group took the lead on the coffee shop design and also provided a set of hospitality design guidelines for future store rollouts. Max Coffee was first launched in 2015, but the business underwent a significant identity transformation in 2018, which was officially marked by the opening of the brand’s first-ever flagship store in Kemang, Jakarta.       greater group completed the design for City Hill Coffee, a gourmet cafe and eatery rolled out in Canberra Airport, equipped with a full working kitchen and separate coffee counter to provide passengers with a warm and welcoming space to linger between flights. This refurbishment was a great way to breathe life into their current space, refresh their facilities and revitalise their staff. greater group's team of workplace design specialists worked closely with Aurex Group to design an office that meets the needs of a diverse workforce, while embracing technology and smart solutions in line with their dynamic growth. In addition, with offices these days becoming an essential recruitment tool, it can help to attract and retain the best talent in their industry.       In the new omni-channel world, many financial institutions are experimenting to find the right mix of delivery channels. Along with predictions of smaller branch footprints in the future, experts have emphasized the need to rethink the role branches will play moving forward. In collaboration with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ), greater group and X-Factor Displays developed a temporary branch format that can be rolled out and deployed swiftly to provide continuous customer service across various scenarios, including permanent and temporary branch closures, pop-ups at events or focused locations like airports or campuses, mobile facilities and part-time banking.       In this 3-way collaboration, greater group was appointed by global real estate management company, BGIS to provide office design consulting services to one of their valued clients, Green Court Capital Management, a Hong Kong headquartered investment management firm. The integrated suite of services encompassed design concept, photo-real 3D-visualization, schematic, tender documentation and project management. Design Manager, Jason Egan who led the project, explains that an office fit out or refurbishment is an expensive exercise for any company so photoreal 3D renders not only bring ID proposals to life but also showcase what the space will look like prior to committing to a final design.       Vantage Bar

      Vantage Bar at Auckland Airport’s (AKL) International Terminal is the third opening by Emirates Leisure Retail (ELR), subsidiary of Emirates Group, designed by greater group and built by Gaze Commercial. The two-storey bar joins Wondertree and Aroha Cafe & Bar launched earlier in 2019. A dining and entertainment venue with a prime location overlooking the runway, Vantage Bar is inspired by what is important to New Zealanders from the range of drinks on offer to the dark koru and fern decals.
