      Vantage Bar

      Vantage Bar at Auckland Airport’s (AKL) International Terminal is the third opening by Emirates Leisure Retail (ELR), subsidiary of Emirates Group, designed by greater group and built by Gaze Commercial. The two-storey bar joins Wondertree and Aroha Cafe & Bar launched earlier in 2019. A dining and entertainment venue with a prime location overlooking the runway, Vantage Bar is inspired by what is important to New Zealanders from the range of drinks on offer to the dark koru and fern decals.       In partnership with Emirates Leisure Retail, Greater Group worked with Wondertree and their custodian designers, Harrison, to roll out their Auckland Airport restaurant, the brand’s first outpost in the southern hemisphere. Just like its name, Wondertree's interior is inspired by nature, a concept that complements New Zealand’s stunning landscapes, creating an inviting space for travellers. greater group was tasked to bring this vision to life by providing detailed documentation and procuring for local finishes and furnishing, transforming the space into a series of dining areas, where guests can grab a breakfast on the go, stop in for lunch or enjoy a drink at the bar.       greater group partnered with HCF, Australia's largest not-for-profit health fund, in the design, build and rollout of a reusable pop-up kiosk for temporary installation in locations across the country. Two kiosks are currently in circulation, serving the goal of increasing HCF’s brand presence across Australia, facilitating events and campaigns, and temporarily replacing existing branches that are under construction. greater group provided full end-to-end services including design, documentation, procurement, installation and removal, project management, warehousing and maintenance.       greater group completed the design and build for a 14,000 sqft workspace in Kowloon, Hong Kong for KW-Commerce, an international e-commerce company. The office design accommodates a workforce of nearly 200 workers and prioritises collaborative work by featuring a variety of seating and meeting options. The modern, spacious interior facilitates an inspiring and comfortable working environment. The project was completed in a total of 14 weeks, from design stages through to build and completion. The initial design created allows room for expansion in the future with minimal disruption. Read More

      greater group partnered with Clearlab, a global contact lens manufacturer and retailer, to deliver the concept design, 3D-visualisation and schematic drawings for a branch refurbishment in The Centrepoint, located in Singapore’s bustling Orchard Road. The new design concept draws on the minimalism, lightness and transparency that characterise the brand’s products, and succeeds in delivering an engaging customer journey that inspires and educates.       Every dusk store showcases beautiful displays created entirely from their candles, home decor products and accessories. The displays are designed to give customers inspiration on how to enjoy their new purchase in their home and to make choosing a gift quick and easy. With more than 15 years experience as the global sourcing partner for the Australian retail industry, greater group was tasked to manage the manufacturing of store joinery and signage scheme from the Far East that can accurately translate these requirements into fixtures that function as intended. Specifically, greater group’s role encompasses identifying suitable factory partners, prototyping, quality control (QC), warehouse and logistics management to ensure seamless supply to over 30 dusk stores nationwide.       Greater Group partnered with the leading duty-free and travel retail operator, Heinemann, to design and build its new location in Lisboeta Macau. The design expertly combines a diverse selection of beauty, fragrance and confectionary brands while maintaining the essence of Heinemann’s overarching visual identity. Greater Group has been working with Heinemann Asia Pacific on various design and visualisation projects since 2017, this being the first project in the partnership that has extended into a build scope also.       SILK Laser Clinics enlisted greater group to provide interior design, build and project management services including the build for 18 of their clinics. Three overriding design strategies were layered: workplace efficiency, retaining brand identity and the creation of a warm space that would be inviting for clients. The mood of this space was set by blending traditional and contemporary elements and keeping a warm neutral colour palette. Read More

      In this 3-way collaboration, greater group was appointed by global real estate management company, BGIS to provide office design consulting services to one of their valued clients, Green Court Capital Management, a Hong Kong headquartered investment management firm. The integrated suite of services encompassed design concept, photo-real 3D-visualization, schematic, tender documentation and project management. Design Manager, Jason Egan who led the project, explains that an office fit out or refurbishment is an expensive exercise for any company so photoreal 3D renders not only bring ID proposals to life but also showcase what the space will look like prior to committing to a final design.
