      Client Requirements

The client aimed to transform the branch into a dynamic space that integrates cutting-edge digital innovation with the rich local culture. The design was required to be both agile and immersive, creating an environment that encourages learning and exploration.

Incorporating localised elements, such as Sanskrit signage, was essential to honour and reflect Balinese cultural heritage. Additionally, maintaining brand consistency was crucial, all while working within the constraints of a compact 100m² footprint. The goal was to deliver a cohesive and engaging space that seamlessly combines modern technology with cultural resonance.

      Project Challenges

The project faced challenges such as fitting all necessary components into a compact 100m² space while ensuring functionality and maintaining brand identity. Additionally, we had to carefully blend the new design with the existing shopfront façade, incorporating cultural elements like Sanskrit signage. Ensuring the design was scalable for future sites while maintaining brand consistency was also a critical focus.

The project successfully transformed the branch into an agile, immersive environment that fosters both customer engagement and staff efficiency. Cultural elements were seamlessly integrated, enhancing the local customer experience while maintaining brand consistency. The design met all client requirements within the limited space, setting a strong precedent for future branches.

      Key Lessons Learned

Key lessons learned include the importance of adaptability, as effective integration of cultural elements demands a deep understanding of local traditions and careful design adjustments. Space management is also crucial; maximizing functionality within a limited footprint requires creative design solutions to ensure both efficiency and brand identity are preserved. Additionally, maintaining consistency across different locations is essential for scalable design solutions, balancing brand uniformity with the need to adapt to diverse local contexts.
