Completing another project in an ongoing partnership with Crocs, Greater Group delivered project management services for fixture engineering, joinery manufacture & supply, and quality control measures, for the brand’s new 190 sqm store opening in VivoCity, the largest shopping mall in Singapore. This rollout follows a number of recent and ongoing projects for which Crocs has enlisted Greater Group’s project management strengths, to sit across global procurement & supply chain distribution, logistics of fixtures, as well as quality control management services, including testing and prototyping – prior to final instore deployment. Fixtures are distributed and located in multiple store-in-store activations for Rebel Sports & North Beach (New Zealand), David Jones & Trybe (Australia), and full-scale stores in Japan, China, Singapore, Taiwan and the Philippines.

Greater Group plays a pivotal role in the brand’s retail network across APAC by managing multi-country store rollouts while leading the engineering and manufacturing of high-quality modular joinery. Anchored by the established, globally-recognised Crocs brand identity and supported by local design and installation partners, Greater Group has successfully contributed to the delivery of multiple stores and store-in-store activations for Crocs and its retail partners across APAC.
The new Crocs store in Singapore’s VivoCity joins the brand’s wide-reaching network of functional and impactful retail locations. The store facilitates engaging customer experiences, from the iconic shop front to the show-and-tell product narratives in-store. Fixtures and fittings are engineered with modularity, flexibility & quality in mind while drawing on distinctive signage and branded graphics to encourage multi-dimensional brand discoveries in a localised retail environment. In addition to fixture engineering and joinery supply, Greater Group ensured premium quality control management to maintain the brand’s high-quality retail footprint.
