Love, Bonito’s vision was to create an elevated retail experience with focus on engagement and bonding with the community. Each perspective of the store was to be carefully framed together in visual harmony, with colours and texture palettes overlapping in a soft, comfortable rhythm. The store will also act as a safe haven with the incorporation of easy to clean and hygienic materials.
To evoke a welcoming, comforting and inspiring atmosphere, Greater Group stayed true to Love, Bonito’s branding and opted for warm, muted palettes (off-white, peach, bronze, grey, and wooden colour). Complementary to the Love, Bonito brand hues, the colours and textures evoke feelings of warmth and comfort – the overall vibe which Love, Bonito aims to achieve uniformly in all its stores.
Love, Bonito’s Hong Kong store is an impressive fusion of Love, Bonito’s global brand guidelines and Greater Group’s strategic analysis of the customer journey. The shopfront is distinctly Love, Bonito – from its facade walls to the skirting.
The store facilitates engaging customer experiences with the addition of a video wall, browsing iPad stands, and a 32” TV screen that displays the brand’s marketing assets. Lightboxes effectively draw attention to essential store information and guidelines; while branding elements are cleverly interleaved all over key points across the store. To further enhance the overall customer experience and facilitate smoother transactions, queue ticket dispensers are strategically placed near the shopfront, retail space and near the fitting room entrance to encourage customers to get queue numbers for a smooth purchasing experience.
The decors, plant placements, flower arrangement and palette evoke feelings of warmth and comfort, resulting in a visual identity that is truly Love, Bonito’s. Meanwhile, the digital screen at the entrance conspicuously narrates Love, Bonito’s brand story.
