The client, a new entrant in the lifestyle and wellness sector, sought a space that would act as a flagship embodiment of their brand values: natural health, customer connection, and modern accessibility.

The store needed to incorporate a Tea & Tincture Bar, a dispensary, a central display, retail shelving, and private consultation rooms, all within an area of over 100 sqm.
The challenge lay in creating an intuitive, open flow while preserving privacy and comfort.
A considered VM strategy was embedded from the outset, ensuring that spatial planning, product display, and brand storytelling were fully integrated.
Step into Tincture & Tone, where the Corian Saltbush-clad Tea & Tincture Bar serves as a tactile, interactive focal point. Surrounding warm timbers, layered greens, and botanical wallpaper create a calming, naturopathic-inspired backdrop, while softly lit consultation rooms at the rear offer private, inviting spaces.
The retail layout flows naturally around the bar, balancing sleek shelving and dispensary units with smart zoning to maintain openness and flexibility. Durable, modular fixtures and an integrated visual merchandising strategy ensure the environment adapts seamlessly to the evolving needs of the brand and its clients.
The retail layout was meticulously crafted to ensure intuitive flow and operational adaptability, anchored by the central Tea & Tincture Bar and framed by retail shelving and dispensary units that balance accessibility with aesthetic appeal. Smart zoning optimised every square metre to maintain spaciousness and avoid overcrowding, while off-the-shelf systems were integrated to support future growth and flexibility without compromising design integrity.
The three consultation rooms, discreetly located at the rear, offer tranquil and private spaces that align with the brand’s client-centric ethos. From day one, the visual merchandising strategy was embedded to ensure cohesion between the evolving product story and the built environment, with fixtures and finishes chosen for their durability, modularity, and refined sophistication to support long-term operational excellence.
The finished space is immersive, sensory, and commercially intelligent. It captures the essence of Tincture & Tone's naturopathic brand while setting a new standard for wellness retail. Visitors are drawn into a tactile journey, where every element, from herbal displays to spatial flow, contributes to an elevated, holistic experience.
