Greater group worked on unprecedented projects across 29 sites with ANZ, including Westfield Parramatta, Figtree, and pop-up kiosks. The branch at Westfield Parramatta became an icon, combining the traditional banking experience with ANZ Home Loans in a new, interactive space focused on customers. The first modular form of the alpha branch was at Figtree, while the temporary pop-up kiosks produced fast-deployment banking environments. The projects were a testament to the great capabilities of greater group in crafting a customer-centric adaptive space that reflected the changing needs that ANZ and its evolving brand identity called for.
