      Digital Lounge at Home

      Greater group collaborated with CIMB Niaga on various projects, including Digital Lounges in Jakarta’s Kemang and Puri regions, Hybrid Branches in Canggu and PIK, and ATM rollouts such as Mandalika in Lombok. The projects ran for six years and served as a paradigm for the perfect combination of state-of-the-art digital banking in tangent with cultural nuances. Technological enhancements through digitisation added self-service desks, video banking booths, and local elements to the spaces, thus adding immersive and customer-centric vibes. Each project represented their ability to provide effective, scalable designs which positively impacted the CIMB Niaga brand and customer experience.
