The global leading beauty brand, Estée Lauder, partnered with greater group for the first time for the creation of an immersive pop-up experience powered by digital technology, aimed at the Millennial shopper. greater group provided end-to-end services to design, build and install the beauty pop-up at T Galleria By DFS in Orchard Road, Singapore, following the theme #PicturePerfect as a play on the interactive Instagram experience.
Pop-ups like Estée Lauder’s #PicturePerfect event pad offer something different to the typical in-store experience and enable much more interaction between the brand and its customers than online shopping allows. Digital touch points like the Meitu mirror encouraged interaction by inviting shoppers to take selfies and see the photos displayed on a giant TV screen, and product displays at the skincare and cosmetics bar prompted customers to try out products, learn more about the options available and get informed recommendations.
