greater group partnered with Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund, HCF, to design the front-of-house areas for its flagship sites, including both dental branches and standard retail locations. The aim was to ensure each site embodies a welcoming, contemporary atmosphere where HCF teams can collaborate effectively and deliver an elevated brand and service experience to their members.

The customer-centric design seamlessly blends bright lighting and comfortable, homely furnishings with sleek, modern finishes. This innovative approach promotes engagement and adaptability, enabling staff to deliver exceptional service in a setting that is both inviting and consistent with the brand identity across all HCF locations. greater group recently completed the design and implementation for the Liverpool and Chatswood stores.
