HCF, the largest not-for-profit health insurer in Australia, commissioned Greater Group to create a new front-of-house area that would embody their ‘patient care before profit’ moto, with a strong focus on community and member well-being. The design was applied at their hero flagship store in Sydney, as well to 10 retail branches across Australia, with another 10 scheduled for 2021. For their latest project, Greater Group integrated HCF’s new insurance branch in Kiosk format. Two kiosks are currently in circulation, serving the goal of increasing HCF’s brand presence across Australia, facilitating events and campaigns, and temporarily replacing existing branches that are under construction.
