Matahari welcomed greater group to design the visual merchandising strategy to engage customers better with more sales conversion. This was conducted by active signage, suitable way-finding, and pop windows combined with VM, coordinated with digital marketing and targeting younger generations. The pilot run at the Lippo Mall Puri store in Jakarta resulted in high-quality guidelines that could be implemented all over Matahari retail stores in Indonesia. Among the key projects, some worked directly on their flagship stores in Lippo Mall Puri and Karawaci Supermall, focusing on the “House of Specialists” set up for the value-conscious Indonesian.
