greater group provided end-to-end services to the Thomas Group in the delivery of five Thomas Jewellers stores rolled out in locations across Australia. Thomas Jewellers was founded in 1896 and stores in Melbourne, Warrnambool, Wagga, Albury, Shepparton, Bendigo, Ballarat and Geelong were established. Designed and built by greater group, the group of Thomas Jewellers stores in Australia feature a luxurious design with neutral tones, warm lighting and glass-covered display boxes to put the spotlight on the brand’s prestigious products.
Warrnambool’s The Watch Shop is equipped with tablets where customers can browse the catalogue before continuing to the products displayed in the store. In 2017, Thomas Jewellers announced the closure of their high-profile Melbourne store, shifting their focus to the areas of strength and growth within the business in regional Australia. The Royal Arcade location in Melbourne’s Bourke Street Mall was kept by the Thomas family, who also owns the luxury diamond retailer, Diamond Exchange, and the Melbourne-based jewellery retailer, Paul Bram.
