Hong Kong investment firm Green Court Capital Management hired greater group and BGIS to provide office design consulting services. Aside from design concepts, the project also covered project management, 3D visualisation and tender documentation. Finding a way to combine quiet areas for concentrated work with collaborative areas was a major problem. A warm central kitchen area was also designed by greater group, making the most of natural light and using a striking yet understated colour scheme. Quiet areas and technologically advanced meeting spaces were incorporated into the design to improve performance.
