greater group collaborated with Seafolly to develop new and customer-centric retail environments that addressed the Australian beach lifestyle of the brand. They were tasked with sophisticated flagship store concepts for Warringah Mall and Miranda, besides the hybrid designs for Chadstone and Pacific Fair. It aimed for an omnichannel experience: online and in-store dynamics were synced to ensure greater customer satisfaction. An Integrated Sustainability Program, a sophisticated store backdrop that spoke to coastal tones, and a “best-in-class” fitting room experience to relieve anxiety for shoppers were also applied. Flexible layouts and smart merchandising displays maximised Seafolly’s return on investment while providing an inviting premium shopping environment.
